So you be the judge - " ... is it art or is it just annoying graffiti ... ??? " ...
Nobody seems to know who this artist is - I have asked several people - including art gallery staff and even asked t at the Tourist Information Bureau - but to no avail ... his / her paintings of well-known Serbs are all over the place ... the likes of sports stars, musicians, politicians, movie stars, gangsters etc ... The artist puts the logo Grup JNA on the paintings - and my research tells me that is punk musician Dete Partizana- so maybe he is also the artist ... I'll solve the mystery eventually ...
